Ayahuasca Conference
The Indigenous Ayahuasca Conference is an important space for indigenous peoples to discuss and deliberate on the uses, customs and sharing of knowledge related to traditional indigenous plant medicines. Attended by indigenous leaders from around the world, the Conference plays a crucial role in the strengthening of indigenous cultures on a global scale.
In 2025 the Fifth edition took place at the Yawanawa Sacred Village, bringing together over 300 participants representing 34 Indigenous nations.
The next edition of the Ayahuasca Conference will also take place in the Sacred Village, in 2027.
